Hi Everyone…
This is a call out for two very important volunteer positions. We need someone to take on the challenge of managing the registration desk at our October reunion. This will involve scheduling and supporting volunteer greeters and people selling “Glebe Stuff”, as well as making sure the whole process is smooth and positive for the 1,000 people we expect to welcome through Glebe’s front doors. You’ll work closely with Event Brite (our ticketing management company) and the Glebe 100 Organizing Committee.
We also need a writer and/or marketing/communications person to design, write and supervise production of the welcome booklet/order of events all Glebe 100th Reunion Weekend participants will receive. This needs to be done by the end of August at the latest.
Please think about taking on one of these great jobs. Our whole event is being organized and carried out by an amazing team of volunteers. Won’t you come join us??
